It is usual for the site to include something resembling the standard
error message text along with the error code, to give the user an idea
    of what has gone wrong.

It didn't do that or I would have quoted it, but I'm satisfied now.
Learned what a 403 is and gave up on seeing the website.

With Firefox 150.0.2, that URL generates a nasty banner with a hand
backed by a red disc and script proclaiming "ERROR 403 - FORBIDDEN".
And below are five options to explain why.
Ditto with M$ Edge and CCleaner browser...
That link has been displaying the same from the date of your original
    grumble.

I did mention them in my first post, but they were not much help.

    They all gave 403s.

And they still do when I click on https://granaltata.com/# and then on
    any of the 5 options.

It's either misconfigured, or was hacked.

It's a server problem which is not solvable by anyone who isn't the site
    admin.
