Well, that's good.
It's sunny outdoors today, too.
At least your post came with a T-shirt and Conspiratorial Mug
for sale, which is more than I can say for other posts here,
posts which lack T-shirt/Mug sales.
Well, I checked in Task Manager, and there is no OneDrive.exe .
What could that mean ?
And it likely wasn't a run of this.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive] "DisableFileSyncNGSC"=dword:00000001
I do have one of these.
File 249628
\Users\Bullwinkle\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe
$STANDARD_INFORMATION (resident)
$FILE_NAME (resident)
$OBJECT_ID (resident)
$DATA (nonresident)
$DATA WofCompressedData (nonresident)
logical sectors 28370440-28372047 (0x1b0e608-0x1b0ec4f)
$REPARSE_POINT (resident)
but there is no executable in this folder. The OneDrive folder is relatively empty. Which means the OneDrive application was removed from RealAccountName but not from all accounts, when I removed the Application for it.
\Users\RealAccountName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe # Missing here, fell off truck
Now I can rinse my Conspiratorial Mug and put it back in the cupboard,
as no scanning is going on while RealAccountName runs the session.
If it is scanning on your machine, then it is syncing too.
In my case:
Bullwinkle Onedrive.exe [Not an MSA, no place to put files] RealAccountName No Onedrive.exe [Is an MSA, but no software to scan the profile]
so in each case, there is a disconnect.
