Ford executives said they have hired 350 veteran engineers rCo some of
them were former employees, while others had been working at suppliers rCo after artificial intelligence and automated systems failed to deliver
    the desired quality level.

Bloomberg reports the companyrCOs chief operating officer Kumar Galhotra
told journalists that Ford had been rCLrelying more and more on automated quality systemsrCY with disappointing results. So the company rCLbrought
back technical specialists,rCY and those specialists rCLhunt for failure points before a part ever reaches the plant floor.rCY

Charles Poon, FordrCOs vice president of vehicle hardware engineering,
added, rCLMistakenly we thought that by just introducing artificial intelligence and ingesting the design requirements that we had, that
    that would produce a high-quality product.rCY

To be clear, this doesnrCOt mean Ford is abandoning its AI plans entirely. Instead, itrCOs using the rehired employees rCo referred to as rCLgray beardrCY

Maybe old grey beards would know something about coding AI in C++. Not
sure if they would be knowing much Python, Rust or Java.

If you are looking to get into AI engineering, you need to know at least
    three coding languages.

We studied this in Computer School at the Technical Building at the
Community College: Basic Computer Programming. I completed three classes
but it's not some of my best work, so I switched over to learning SQL
    instead.

That's how I got a job in data entry, junior level, temporary, seasonal.
