I don't think so. Jesus believed the creation account literally:

- New King James
Matthew 19:4 And He answered and said to them, "Have you not read
that He who made them at the beginning `made them male and female,'

About the Nephilim, the Bible book of Numbers has this to say:

-- New King James
Numbers 13:33 "There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came
from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and
so we were in their sight.''

Also,

-- American Standard
Numbers 13:33 And there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, who
come of the Nephilim: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers,
and so we were in their sight.

So these were not the real nephilim, since they all were destroyed in
the Deluge. But they had the appearance of them.

-- King James
Matthew 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read,
that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female".

So yes, Jesus believed the Genesis account literally.
