    Inheritance

God restores His people to their specific ancestral holdings to demonstrate that His covenant promises are anchored in legal and genealogical continuity.

Just as IsraelrCOs restoration depended on a documented lineage and a return to a specific inheritance, Christ serves as the ultimate heir of all things who secures an eternal and incorruptible inheritance for those born again into His family.

    Identity (2:1-2)

The restoration of the nation begins with the recognition of specific individuals and leaders who return to their own cities as the documented, legal heirs of the promise.

Jesus Christ is the true leader and cornerstone of the restoration who identifies His own by name and gathers a specific, ransomed people into a secure kingdom that cannot be shaken.

    Contribution (2:3-63)

The preservation of the community depends on the precise accounting of every family and the strict exclusion of those who cannot prove their holy lineage.

Because only those with a verified name could serve in the holy presence, Christ provides the perfect righteousness required for us to be written in the Book of Life, granting us access to God that our own efforts and records never could.

    Sacrifice (2:64-70)

The physical rebuilding of the divine dwelling place is fueled by the unified, voluntary, and proportional giving of a people returned to their rightful home.

The voluntary sacrifices of the remnant point to the supreme, voluntary sacrifice of Christ, who gave not just from His abundance but gave His very life to build a living temple where God dwells with His people forever.

    Good News rCa

Christ's death on a cross paid the debt we owe God for our sins (Colossians 2:14). The proof is God raised Him from the dead (Romans 1:4).

This means God can now remain right, while forgiving our sins (Romans 3:26) and delivering us from His coming wrath (1 Thessalonians 1:10). It's a free gift for those who believe in Christ (Romans 6:23).

If you believe, call on the Lord to save you (Romans 10:9-13).
