    Can Animate a IRC on many subject just to keep the Channel Busy
    Can have a conversation

    Could be a individual prg / app that connect to A specific Channel
    best is CharGPT access by IRC , Shoud Work on Windows


    For now i Found nothing !

    It's just for the Familly IRC Server , just to animate some Channel for the
    Yongest One and oldest curious one

    ... That's not a bug, it's an undocumented feature
