I'm posting this once, as an announcement, to groups where it seems
on-topic. Apologies if it's not a fit for this one.

learn2hack.today is now open for registration.

I'm Chris, also known as ReK2. I've been in the hacker community for
around 40 years, and working professionally in the field for more
than 30 of them. This is a coaching and mentoring platform, not a
pre-recorded course. Everyone starts with the same syllabus, covering
hacker history, culture, ethics, and core engineering fundamentals
(operating systems, C, assembly). What comes after that is where I
assess where someone actually is and build a path specific to them.

That path may include free modules on platforms like Hack The Box,
TryHackMe, or TCM Security, specific books or papers, hands-on labs,
and checks to confirm the work was actually done, not just watched.

Communication happens through a private Matrix space, encrypted and
federated, so people can join from any homeserver with any client.
Live 1-on-1 sessions are booked separately from the subscription.

This is meant for people already in a security program who want a
real practitioner around, people on other platforms who want
direction on what to focus on next, and serious beginners or career
changers who want to go deep instead of wide.

This is v1. More content and features are being added regularly.
Next up is a competitive CTF platform for teams and individual
hackers to compete in a semester-long league, with prizes to be won.
More on that in the coming months.
