    I remember he spammed this group with thousands of messages and
    considered it some sort of victory.

    What ever happened to that guy. I only ever actually talked to him
    once and I was surprised to hear he was still posting on USENET and
    despite the place drowning in spam, he considered his unbannability a
    feature of the platform and one of the reasons it was better.

    Monster, The daring Dufas, and of course me.
    Well, I'm not dead yet, but I suspect the vast majority of the
    others are....
