Hi,

I need to relay on Salsa CI for the package wget2 but it has some strange failure
even in building the source[1]:

This problem does not occure when I build locally with pbuilder and I
have no idea what's wrong here.

The answer is still "you have pristine-tar enabled locally; noone else
knows that".
