At a hockey arena that I used to frequent there was a person of importance that used to work there who got on the wrong side of the Russian government. He worked there with another co-worker. The co-worker complained of being physically sick and generally not feeling well at all. Shortly after that a very fat antenna was found attached to a power box that was fastened to a small room that was no longer in use. After close examination of that box and antenna it read that it was a transmitter in the GHz frequency and pumping out 2 MW of radiation continually. That is comparable to having a microwave oven radiating you from the start to finish of your shift and having no protective enclosure of the microwave oven to protect you from those emissions. The target and his co-worker were absorbing 2 Megawatts (not milliwatts), for their entire shifts. It is no wonder that the co-worker was feeling sick; they were being radiated to death. The antenna was about 3 inches in diameter colored dark gray and it was plugged into the MAINS electrical outlet that was there. That is the standard wall outlets used in North America. After the device was removed the co-worker slowly got better. He had been poisoned by radiation and had radiation sickness. The antenna was a cylinder of about 5 or 6 inches in height and was 3 inches in diameter. On the bottom or side of the antenna it noted that it was rated (according to the antenna box itself) as being 2 megawatts of emissions in the Gigahertz (GHz) wavelengths.

The Russians will kill you. That is just what they do and they do it proficiently. It is best to do your actions against Russia in a way that your actions can not be attributed to you, but rather have an action of which the source of the action being unknown to them. Russia isn't playing, they are called The Bear for a good reason. It is thought that the FSB/SVR/GRU is more active now than when the KGB ran the show. Yes, it is a restructuring, but it is also an increase of activity. The Cold Wwar never ended, we in The West just stopped perceiving that the Cold War was still a thing. Russia's actions are more numerous and in greater severity now than when the KGB was a thing.
