• Flutterings: Practice Makes Perfect

It would be interesting to have a newer model polygraph machine to practice lying on it. Undoubtedly there are ways of minimizing the "truth telling" abilities of these machines. I think it would be a spectacular game to try and outwit the Flutterings made into an actual game using actual equipment. And hey, if there are people out there that want to play this game it would be a highly profitable project. Just imagine the average Joe's out there practicing how to beat the flutterings. This would be rather frustrating to the polygraphers having their science turned into a game. But, hey, if it can make someone money, and it's legal, there is a lot of incentive there.

    Cheers!

I don't think it's just the flutterings that identify truth.
Some people under those contraptions are always triggering the
flutterings throughout the whole Q&A process. So.. the simple
solution might be to trigger a pain or a discomfort before
being attached to one of those devices.

That's a very good idea, Ogg. I'm always interested in ways that you can stick a monkey wrench into the appartus of The Man. Cool stuff.

    Cheers!

Between the automation and the technician running the polygraph, many common ruses to avoid detection of falsehoods end up failing.

A lot written about how to spoof a polygraph is put out there by folks who haven't taken one or maybe even seeing one in use.

    As such YMMV
