Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,
This is the latest infoz from The PHATstar Society:
We now have two RAID-1 arrays running AnonArchivers FDN. The first array is a pair of SeaGate IronWolf Pro NAS drives with 18T of data each. We've had this for several months now we have capacity to hold many more files on our server. Very recently we have acquired a second RAID-1 array with 22T of data each. This makes for a total usable storage capacity of 40T. The RAID arrays are hardware-based and runs off of two TerraMaster D2-320's. If you would like to place any of your content onto our servers and it will be of benefit to our various users then please get ahold of us at
society@phatstar.org. Our used storage space as of today is approximately 13T. Oh, before I forget, the latest addition of the pair of 22T drives are Toshiba NAS Pro drives.
Please don't get me wrong, I'm not boasting about our kit. I'm simply describing how much space we have that can be used to serve the BBSing community. PHATstar is a society in which each member is helped with their own personal ministries. PHATstar isn't a ministry of its own, but rather a resource for its members so that those members can more effectively minister to those projects, missions, hobbies, and other such things of their own. Our mission is to help the missions of our members, whatever that may look like.
I have been considering using SSH as an option to connect to AAFDN with as it has flow-control and error mitigation. That may be a feature introduced in in Anonymous Archivers Version 3.0. That won't be for another year from now it looks like, who knows.
So now that you have become familiar with our technology specs, please consider what you'd like to see on there, let us know what that is, and we'll try to make that happen.
I wish you well, one and all, cheers from The Society.

P.S. : We're only looking for general rated content, not "mature" or "explicit" content. We try to make AnonArchivers family friendly so it can be a resource for those studying history and anthropology
Cheers!
