1. Preface
The modern world lives under the leftist illusion
of choosing between fossil fuels and "green" energy - wind
turbines, solar panels, hydrogen. This globalist dichotomy
is a brilliant mystification, a shadow play, a masterful
masquerade performed before the eyes of humanity. The true
goal is to forever conceal from us the existence of free
energy - a technology that draws power from space - time
itself, from the inexhaustible cosmic ether, the energy
of form, or, as it's called today, the physical vacuum. The
declassified and other documents presented here are not
just a collection of scattered facts. They are fragments
of a single mosaic, charred pages of a book that someone
very powerful tried to burn. But they couldn't finish the
job. So, allow me to guide you through the forgotten,
abandoned labyrinths of the history of Free Energy so that
you may finally learn the truth.
2. The Demiurge from Smiljan: Nikola Tesla
In 1885, the Serbian genius and Nobel laureate (who
demonstratively refused the prize), Nikola Tesla, achieved
the impossible. Using the power of Niagara Falls and his
resonant transformer, he wirelessly lit incandescent lamps
within a 25 - mile radius. This was no trick but
a demonstration of a fundamentally new way of transmitting
energy - through the medium itself, through the ether.
Later, at a special testing ground, he created devices
powered by "free energy." When his sponsor, financier J.P.
Morgan, realized the scale of the threat in 1898, he was
horrified - not by danger but by the prospect. If this
technology were developed, the entire global economy, built
on the control of coal, oil, copper, and gas, would collapse
overnight. Morgan ordered the testing ground and all devices
destroyed. Thus, the first crime against the future
in modern history was committed.
3. The Russian Trail and the Mystery of Tsarskoye Selo
Only one man managed to replicate Tesla's experiment - the
Russian polymath Mikhail Filippov. From his office in St.
Petersburg, he lit lamps in Tsarskoye Selo. But Filippov
went further. In the winter of 1914, he submitted to the
Russian General Staff a solution capable of "eliminating
war from human practice." Seven days later, the yellow
press sensationalized it, and three days later, the scientist
was found dead in his office. The gendarmes couldn't
determine the cause of death. Coincidence? Or was he the
first victim in a series of mysterious eliminations of those
who approached the greatest secret of Free Energy?
4. Water Instead of Gasoline: The Disappearance of Andres
Now let's move to the USA. In 1917, Portuguese immigrant
Andres presented a fuel for internal combustion engines
based on water with the addition of "simple and cheap
chemicals."A state commission successfully tested it on
a New York-Washington run. And what happened? One of the
largest oil monopolies bought the patent for $2 million
in cash, and two days later, Andres vanished without a trace.
The documents were locked in a safe, and the world continued
to depend on oil. This story, confirmed by publications
in reputable journals and the former head of Soviet
scientific - technical intelligence, is no joke. It's
a classic scheme of threat elimination. Andres was the
second victim of a global conspiracy.
5. "Perpetuum Mobile" as a Diagnosis
Back in the USSR, the suppression system was no less
sophisticated. In 1964, a classified decree authorized the
use of psychiatry against critics of academic dogmas.
Academician Lifshitz publicly declared anyone who doubted
the sanctity of thermodynamics to be paranoid and
schizophrenic. Meanwhile, under pressure from practical
results, the State Committee for Inventions in 1975 was
forced to create a special class of pseudo-"perpetuum
mobile." This included real devices with efficiency > 1
(auth. cert. Nos. 270059, 762706, and hundreds of others).
Think about that sentence again: "Real devices!" what
powered by Free Energy. But this wasn't a breakthrough;
it was a ghetto for inconvenient inventions. This was done
in order to better control and isolate them. Why? What forces
were behind this? No one knows for sure to this day. But the
irony is that by the late 1960s, Japan offered $100 million
to buy the entire Soviet fund of rejected invention
applications. At a meeting with Premier Kosygin, the
academics unanimously opposed the sale, claiming it would
cause "great harm." Why? Because this fund was a goldmine
for the "patent business" and a repository of dangerous
knowledge. Preserving this "intellectual capital" allowed
scientific clans to unpunishedly hinder any breakthrough
technologies for their own enrichment.
6. Ghost Technologies
Let's return to the USA. In 1974, a six-stroke internal
combustion engine was created, where the fifth stroke was
water injection and the sixth was steam operation, with
efficiency exceeding the Carnot limit. So, where is this
engine, dear Americans? Have you ever even heard of this
invention? No! But you know about wind turbine problems.
Japan, 1986: desperate visionary engineers created a car
with a fuel consumption of 0.055 liters per 100 km. So,
where is it now? These technologies didn't disappear. They
were removed from circulation. Just like the drive-less
refrigerators by Soviet designer V. Zysin (auth. cert. No.
591667), which operated using the heat of cooled bodies,
or the discovery of the "Law of Energy Transfer Upon Impact"
(1962), proving that rebound energy can exceed the energy
of the fall.
7. The Gritskevich Case: "Paranoids" Emigrate
For example, Soviet scientist Gritskevich from Vladivostok
developed a hydrodynamic generator with efficiency >1. After
the refusal of funding from Soskovets and the deputy
ministers of the new Russia, his entire team was taken
to the United States, where they received citizenship and
working conditions. This isn't a brain drain. It's a systematic
cleansing of the planet of dangerous knowledge, followed
by isolation under controlled conditions. Where are these
inventions now? No one has even heard of them!
8. The Radiation-Suppressing Device
In the USSR in 1957, under the leadership of I.S.
Filimonenko, a "perpetuum mobile" was created that produced
steam, hydrogen, oxygen, and suppressed radiation. The
project was supervised by academicians, including the father
of the Soviet atomic bomb, Kurchatov, the father of Soviet
cosmonautics, Korolev, and physicist Keldysh. After their
deaths, the project was closed, and Filimonenko was fired,
labeled a "schizophrenic." In 1991-93, American experts
studied the device but couldn't understand its principle.
In 1994, by decree of President Yeltsin, it was dismantled
and taken to the USA. The Soros Foundation offered
Filimonenko $100 million for "consultations" with a one-way
ticket. The scientist refused. A fanatical communist,
he chose poverty in his homeland and the death of his
invention. His device could have eliminated the consequences
of Chernobyl, but it wasn't used. Why? Because the disaster
was a terrifying yet convenient argument against nuclear
energy in general, distracting from alternatives.
9. "Cold Fusion"
Back to the USA, 1989. Windows 3.0 was still a year away.
But two desperate researchers, Fleischmann and Pons,
announced cold nuclear fusion in an electrolyzer. A scandal
erupted, and they were ridiculed. But in 2002, Rusi
Taleyarkhan's group at Oak Ridge recorded a thermonuclear
reaction during acoustic cavitation in a glass of acetone.
Science published an article, but the "scientific community"
met it with hostility. Lawrence Crum called it a way
to "make fools out of scientists." Why such aggression?
Because acknowledging cold fusion would nullify annual
investments of $248 million in "hot" fusion programs (like
ITER, costing $6 billion) and spell the end of old-type
nuclear energy. Naturally, no one is interested in that
today.
10. The Kyiv Breakthrough and Project "Avalanche"
Even before the 2004 revolution. Ukrainian physicists (Yu.
Cherepantsev, E. Andreev) in the 2000s, analyzing anomalies
in nuclear experiments from the 1960s, concluded that cold
fusion was real. They developed a new theory of material
continuity, rejecting quantum discreteness, and created
a cold fusion method distinct from foreign patents. Their
"Avalanche" project promised fuel where 1 kg replaces 1,000
tons of fuel oil, with electricity costs eight times lower.
The project cost $500,000, with a payback period of two
years. But in 2001, Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada rejected
an amendment recognizing the need for cold fusion research.
Even the head of the Academy of Sciences, Brodin, supported
the idea, but the system remained deaf. Why? Because
an independent Ukraine with cheap energy would be
inconvenient for everyone - gas suppliers and geopolitical
players alike.
11. The Concept of "Cold Sun"
The work of N.P. and S.A. Kuznetsov, "The Concept of Cold
Sun," and Nikola Tesla's article, "How and Why the Sun
Shines," paint a different cosmology. The Sun is not
a thermonuclear reactor but a magneto-dynamic system with
a cold core and external heating through dissociation and
ionization. Tesla's carborundum lamp was a model of the Sun.
He predicted cosmic rays and artificial radioactivity
decades before official discoveries. But his ideas weren't
just forgotten - they were deliberately erased from
scientific discourse, and fame and Nobel Prizes went
to others. Did you know this? Of course not! But you know
about CO2 emissions!
12. Epilogue
What am I trying to convey? This: Free Energy is not just
a mythical technology. It's a natural response of a system
striving for self - preservation. "Green energy" is not
a savior but a prop for this conspiracy, creating the
illusion of progress while the true breakthrough languishes
in archives and classified laboratories since the mid-20th
century. The stories of Tesla, Filippov, Andres, Filimonenko,
Gritskevich, Ukrainian physicists, and many others I don't
yet know - these aren't isolated tragedies. They are a single
metanarrative. It's the story of how, every time humanity
stood on the brink of energy emancipation, an invisible
hand pushed it back under the yoke of scarcity. The final
fact that puts everything in place: Since 1980, electrostatic
Bauman machines (see Part 3) with a total capacity of 750
kW have been operating in the Lindau spiritual community
in Switzerland, meeting all the village's needs. A world
searching for energy has had a working prototype of a fuel
- free civilization for over 40 years. But it stubbornly
looks the other way. Free Energy exists. It has been
discovered, demonstrated, and even used. The war against
it is the longest and most silent war in human history. And
it continues. Right now. The only question is when we will
stop being its silent spectators and finally become
participants in a different, authentic future.
