What if I told you that few people know, but in the late
eighties and nineties of the twentieth century, the USSR,
and later Russia, were a parapsychological superpower? Only
the CIA could roughly compare to them in this area in terms
of power - but it too lagged behind. The research conducted
then in closed laboratories and research institutes was
groundbreaking, and scientists became pioneers in lands
where science borders on forbidden knowledge and mysticism.
But since the early 2000s, everything has gone into the
shadows and been classified. However, the accumulated
materials are enough to understand how occult wars were and
are being waged. What technologies are used for this. And
why the Russian Ministry of Defense, its generals, and
civilian elites were so eagerly drawn to mysticism. All the
information presented here is only official and repeatedly
confirmed by a number of publications in reputable media. It
all began back in the 1930s. In the USSR at that time,
projects for a "perpetual motion machine" were seriously
considered - an airplane with ether accumulators, proposed
by French researchers. A million dollars was paid for this
miracle of engineering. In England during the same years,
"death rays" were tested: a test rabbit died from mysterious
radiation. And in the 1960s, in Novosibirsk, a department
for telepathy was opened and immediately closed, headed by a
certain Petrov. Eighteen research directions - and
liquidation six months later without any explanation.
Scientists whispered that the work was classified. But these
were only the first steps. In 1987, a secret report appeared
with a "universal theory of discoveries" - from a hyperdrive
to other worlds. And it received positive reviews. And it
essentially turned the worldview upside down. At the same
time, in the late eighties, a true occult awakening began.
The seeress Juna spoke before the leadership of the Warsaw
Pact countries. The Ministry of Defense, the KGB, the
Ministry of Internal Affairs - all introduced astrology,
established connections with Indian gurus, Tibetan lamas,
and studied the unknown. The GRU prepared an analytical
report on UFOs and psychics. And at the end of the 1980s,
military unit No. 10003 was created under the command of
Major General Alexei Savin. Formally - a military unit, in
fact - a center for studying the paranormal. Subordinate
structures were formed quickly, several per week, spreading
across the country under the auspices of support and favor
from the highest bureaucracy and the General Secretary of
the CPSU, Gorbachev. Alongside Savin appeared Generals
Petrov, Moiseev, Rodionov, Chudov, Buzinov. Chief of the
General Staff Moiseev created a new special service for
investigating the UFO phenomenon. And in 1988-1989, the
"Vent" International Scientific and Technical Center emerged
under the State Committee for Science and Technology,
involving the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Atomic
Energy and Industry, and the Innovation Council. Why was
this necessary? They were searching for new methods of
psychological influence on people and the masses, ways to
unlock human reserve capabilities, new types of fields and
energy. For example, they studied ether, microleptons,
biofields, bioenergy, bioresonance medicine, telepathy, and
so on. Projects were funded from the army budget. Along the
Ministry of Defense line alone, 23 million rubles went to
"Vent" - about four and a half million dollars, including
for the study of torsion fields. And total allocations
through the military-industrial complex and the KGB reached
500 million rubles, approximately one hundred million
dollars. Academician Koptyug recounted how 120 million
rubles were allocated from the budget to study obtaining
energy from stone. Boris Yeltsin, visiting a nuclear
institute, asked about the same thing. About 1.5 billion
rubles were spent on plasma weapons based on Avramenko's
blueprints, then another 1.8 billion was added, and
ultimately 20 billion was planned. The State Committee for
the Defense Industry transferred 7.125 billion in one year.
Money was spent on creating "extrasensory" devices,
experiments on military personnel, collecting esoteric
teachings, and magical or influential ancient artifacts. The
experiments are staggering in their scale. In 1993, psychics
from military unit 10003, at the request of presidential
security chief Alexander Korzhakov, discovered weapons
caches and hidden Supreme Soviet militia during Yeltsin's
military confrontation with parliament - they were commended
by order of the Ministry of Defense. Savin rented the dacha
of former German ambassador Schulenburg in Astafyevo and
flew by helicopter to investigate UFO landing sites.
Psychics, according to scientists, "amplified" human
electromagnetic signals. They treated wounds, strokes,
chronic diseases - positive results were recorded repeatedly
in all areas. Irradiation of potato tubers increased yield
by twenty percent, and large tubers by three times. Wounds
and trophic ulcers healed two to four times faster. Stroke
patients regained strength and coordination in six days. In
experiments at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, irradiation
by psychics enhanced the smell of drugs, and dogs found them
even in sealed ampoules. And the withdrawal state in drug
addicts was eliminated after a single session. Some effects
were explained by energy-informational radiations, for
example, microleptons. In 1994-1995, soldiers of the
Chuchkovo special forces brigade and cadets of the
Dzerzhinsky Academy were taught methods of self-regulation
and prophecy, often with the participation of psychics. In
1995, parliamentary hearings were held on General Petrov's
"Dead Water" concept. Experiments were conducted on
immaculate conception and resurrection of the dead. And on
November 28, 1997, President Yeltsin's daughter Tatyana
Dyachenko sent this concept to Deputy Head of the
Presidential Administration Komissar for consideration. In
1998, a report on the state of affairs was prepared for
Yeltsin himself - from the GRU, the Military-Scientific
Directorate, and a representative of military unit 10003. A
Center for Temporal Problems operated around the Kremlin,
led by Pavel Sviridov, astrologically forecasting political
events. The seeress and healer Juna received support from
high-level officials. General Rogozin promoted astrology and
parapsychology as necessary modern methods. Researchers used
mysticism for "otherworldly" consultations for President
Yeltsin. Ideas of hidden knowledge shaped a special
mentality among soldiers and officers - a feeling of
belonging to a unique group. Psychological trainings with
elements of mysticism and occultism increased their
endurance and motivation. What remained off-screen? The
creation of a "military esoteric elite" that formed the new
upper crust of Russia. Devices for influencing the weather
received four patents - emitters that precipitated rain,
dispersed fogs, redirected cyclones. Also devices that
increased crop yields. A psychic by the name of Bovbalan
summoned rain on demand. "Sofas" for treatment, "death rays"
on animals, anti-gravity devices and installations,
levitation were tested - the results are classified. Since
the early 2000s, the interest in occultism in the Ministry
of Defense has been classified, but individual elements
remained in the public domain. Psychotronics moved into
civilian projects. Public statements are rare, information
is available only through former participants in media
interviews. Almost 30 years have passed since those times.
But looking back, you involuntarily wonder, has it really
remained in the past? Or do the experiments continue in
secret laboratories and research institutes? But the
answers, as always, are hidden behind the stamp "top
secret"...
