    Please update your installed Elementor page builder under WordPress. There is a zero-day exploit that can completely compromise your site. People can gain full access to the system. Beware!!! If you've paid for Elementor then update it through the UI otherwise get a new copy from your GPL distributer.

    I'm using the Wordfence plugin, even the free version does a great job
    of monitoring updates on Wordpress installs. Highly recommended.
