  • Anomalous Cognition

    Have you ever felt a gut feeling that something is profoundly wrong in the spiritual realm? I have personal experience with my family sensing that something is going poorly for me. Right after a certain thing happened I got a call saying someone was worried about me and my situation. There was no natural way that she could have known the things she mentioned. I chalk it up to some sort of spiritual "anomalous cognition" where something certainly happened, though I am uncertain of the specifics in the spiritual realm about this. As a kid I passed on my anomalous cognition information to a person in authority and a good thing happened because of that. I won't go into the specifics as it is a very private matter, however it was life changing. One day my dad was working on an antenna aerial and he slipped and got his throat stuck on one of the bar steps in the aerial, he lost consciousness and I sensed that something was very wrong, I ran up onto the roof and did a bear hug onto him so that he didn't fall of the mast and lifted his throat off the bar step. I saved his life. However, I do not attribute this to any power of my own but rather some sort of spiritual nudging, and in this situation a major nudging. I give credit to this to the Holy Spirit of God.

    Have any of you experienced something similar?

    I'm thinking that the rapture will not happen for a while yet. I think that this is the case because: 1) Israel is not a place of "unwalled villages" nor has the message of Jesus Christ gone through the whole world yet. It is true that we don't know the specific date, but it seems that we have quite some years left. Further, there aren't many people saying "Blessed is he who comes in the name of The Lord."

    When these things happen I intend on paying attention. Currently I think that we're near the end but not immediate.
