• Reflections About The Birth of a New Western Civilization

To all unblinkered observers, it is obvious that Western civilization as a single, unified socio-cultural organism stands on the threshold of decisive changes concerning its very shape. Perhaps this window of opportunity will never open again. What awaits us is final decline and departure from the historical stage. Today, due to decades of inept geopolitics by left-wing liberal-communists, the unity of principles inherent in our way of life and thought has been discredited. Trust in democratic institutions has been undermined, unified markets destroyed, supplies of key resources held hostage by modern barbarians and savages, and world stability has turned to dust. Because of the Marcusean-Marxist ideology of appeasing aggressors through geo-economics, a multitude of little Hitlers, Stalins, Maos, and Pol Pots are besieging the flimsy borders of the Western world. Each of them already has or is preparing to get a nuclear bomb, and also possesses the most advanced IT technologies. And all of this is conducted and financed by China, as the main beneficiary of turning the West into a "Big Friendly Laos." Due to the policy of decay and degradation of geostrategic thought in the context of "cultural Marxism" in key US universities, we find ourselves in the absurd situation of lacking professional strategic expertise and planning for decades ahead. The modern West has split into four sub-civilizations. These are the Euro-Soviet Union led by the anonymous bureaucracy of the banking oligarchy, the USA and Israel led by conservative revisionist-revolutionaries, South America with its eternal feudal lords, mafia, and military cliques, and the Pacific Rim region, in an existential search for itself and comprehension of its place in modern Asia and the world. And something must be done about this slow disintegration. I will venture to suggest that for any far-sighted political leader, whether in the White House or the Capitol, only two paths are obvious in such a situation. Either let things take their course, returning to the doctrines and dogmas of the 19th century, or begin to act and lay the fundamental foundations for building a new Western civilization. Based on the principles of conservative liberalism, in the form in which Locke and the Founding Fathers of America conceived it. That is, private rights, legality, freedoms, elections, market relations, and personal responsibility for one's actions. In short, everything that allowed us to achieve historical success and progress. But is this possible? The world communist oligarchy has unity of purpose with China and other political regimes subordinate to its will. Where they cannot build left-liberal societies, they form autocracies with "effective territorial governance." In order to pacify existence and increase product sales with the expansion of credit expansion, dependent on globalist banking elites and systems. It is precisely this symbiotically dual globalism that has led us to the crisis of traditional political-economic prosperity and the legitimacy of democracy. Unlike conservative forces and movements, the Chinese and left-globalists have a perfectly tuned machine of political propaganda for mass zombification and recruitment of people, operating for decades. They rely on the monopolization of communication standards, occupied international institutions, a string of militarized and non-militarized NGOs, social media, corrupt bloggers, freakish dissidents, actors, musicians, religious leaders, and the rest of the socialist international. In fact, we are dealing with an international mafia that has seized, in one form or another, almost every button and link on the internet. Its crimes against the sovereignty of the USA, Israel, Argentina, and other still-fighting peoples are truly incalculable. Thus, the main enemy of the West is not in Beijing, but within the West itself, forgive the tautology. This enemy is called bourgeois communism. It is precisely this, as the fundamental idea, that opposes the concept of the clash of civilizations. Relying on speculative unified theories of class and cultural struggle. We have observed the deplorable results of this policy throughout the 2020s. The attempt at a planetary coup during the "Great Reset Covid-19," aimed at subjugating small and medium businesses to BigTech. The loss of Africa as a reliable supplier of resources, the sabotage of the Afghan army, the attempt to destroy Israel, the attempt to partition Ukraine, mass deaths from vaccination, the migration invasion, asymmetric and hybrid wars against critical infrastructure. All this is not chaos, nor random events. This is a purposeful, progressive strategy. Its goal is the departure of the West from world history. The absence of an international conservative international, consisting not of freaks like the German AfD, but relying on clear principles, convictions, and media platforms, as well as dissidents, makes it impossible to break the crystal domes of leftist propaganda and the international institutions, churches, and communities captured by globalists. Indeed, there are many people in the world fighting against communists, dictators, and globalists, but they are in no way connected to each other. Therefore, it must be stated that globalists have always worked well at the level of shaping meanings.

Thus, everything described above leads us to one simple question. What to do about it? From my point of view, to overcome this civilizational challenge, it is necessary to arrive at the concept of using "non-contact force" - a term I borrowed from physics. Unlike "soft power," this idea is more fundamental and allows alternating targeted physical and military pressure with indirect pressure, avoiding strategic overstretch. The point is that the White House administration could have at its disposal as many tools of varying complexity, functionality, and power as possible. Thus, this doctrine would likely prove more flexible both for preparing conservative revolutions and uprisings against totalitarianism, and for returning the conservative agenda in the countries of the new West. "Non-contact force" does not require direct military intervention from the conservative international, but leaves room for targeted interventions within the framework of "privatized war," that is, mercenaries, paramilitary proxy activists, hackers, PMCs, leased robots, satellites, drones, and so on. Such a strategy allows for comprehensive influence on opponents, timely separating them from our societies. This approach presupposes the use of not only indirect action, but also other means of pressure and influence - economic sanctions, information wars, international judicial prosecution of globalists, use of private military companies, corporations, cultural diplomacy, support of conservative communities and groups, cultural wars, technological leadership, and as a finale, the formation of an international conservative consensus around the USA. The USA and its allies can apply these methods to limit "communist" regimes' access to international financial markets, technologies, and capital. Such an approach not only limits the development of aggressors but also creates an internal technological deficit, weakening their operational capabilities. "Non-contact force" can rely on private and state special services to disseminate alternative information, undermine propaganda systems, and support independent media. Particular attention must be paid to digital platforms, data centers, internet channels, social networks, and internet content, which will allow the seeds of doubt about the effectiveness of the communist system to be sown. For example, through targeted support of journalists and bloggers, the buyout of platforms, or their liquidation for anti-state activity. Obviously, another of the possibilities of "non-contact force" is influencing the development of the civil sector, anti-communist human rights groups, religious groups, cultural figures, business incubators, independent thematic communities, and academies in countries where the risk of communist ideology influence is high. Such support will strengthen local pro-American forces capable of resisting authoritarian tendencies and promoting conservative-liberal values. US dominance in IT and cybersecurity still allows shaping international standards, limiting hostile states' access to advanced technologies, and protecting allies' critical infrastructure. This will help form not only a technical barrier but also a moral one - demonstrating the superiority of the republican model of development. Within the framework of the "non-contact force" model, at the first stage, the USA can unite true allies, not parasites, into a new military alliance. Signing new security agreements within such an organization. Thus, a collective security network will be formed that will not require direct intervention but will facilitate coordination of actions and reduce risks for individual countries. As well as competition for the right to be a US ally. The ability to shape thought patterns and values through education, culture, art, and exchange of experience is also a crucial element of "non-contact force." Student and teacher exchange programs will be aimed at penetrating conservative ideas into societies where communist thinking previously prevailed or prevails. However, the effectiveness of this strategy is limited. It requires numerous resources, long-term consistency, and deep understanding of local realities. In cases where authorities can use repression, manipulate opinion, and control the information space, pressure "from within" can be slow and not always yield results. Furthermore, non-contact force cannot fully replace traditional security forces, especially in situations where the enemy has already deployed repressive security structures or hides behind nuclear potential. But it is precisely the principles of "non-contact force" that open the possibility for a soft but resolute confrontation with the world autocratic-communist international, without sliding into open confrontation that could lead to catastrophe. This strategy elevates indirect action to a new level, where victory depends on the ability to combine economic power, cultural confidence, and technological superiority to prevent degenerate ideologies from winning the struggle for the future of the West. Thus, US "non-contact force" is the only hypothetically comprehensive tool combining economics, information warfare, private military contractors, civil society support, and international cooperation. Its goal is not merely to deter opponents but to gradually restore the moral and institutional authority of Western values in the context of global competition with China and pro-globalist autocracies.
