1. Preface
What if I told you that traditional science is mistaken
in considering telepathy a rare gift? It is - a genetic
inheritance of every human being, a vestigial communication
system that predates speech. Primitive humans communicated
directly by reading thoughts. Language became more
convenient, but the primitive channel did not disappear
entirely. A baby up to three years old understands parents
without words - a direct proof. This ability atrophies with
speech training, but can spontaneously manifest in adulthood.
2. The "Polar Circle" Experiment of the USSR
Today, extrasensory transmission of thoughts is recognized
as a scientific phenomenon. The key experiment was conducted
by Academician Vasily Kaznacheyev (Novosibirsk, USSR).
From Dikson Island in the Kara Sea, operators mentally
transmitted images in December 1991. The reception was
carried out by 4,233 participants across Eurasia. The
results are statistically significant and exclude chance.
Data analysis from the "Polar Circle" experiment revealed
patterns that orthodox science ignores but which indicate
a systemic nature of the phenomenon. It was established that
women perceive information more accurately. Those born
in winter and spring better interpret graphic symbols, while
summer and autumn-born individuals respond more effectively
to images. Effectiveness directly depended on the cosmic
situation at the time of birth. 25% of those born during the
new moon accurately received the transmitted information.
Participants born under the full moon showed poorer results.
The highest efficiency was observed among those born under
Sagittarius and Capricorn, which is especially notable since
the experiment took place at the cusp of their periods.
On December 18, 1991, operator K. Dolgopyatov not only
transmitted an image but also programmed it for reception
on December 20 and 22. The information was reliably perceived
at the designated time. This demonstrates that thoughts can
be "conserved" in the Earth's informational (torsion) field
and activated later, like a data package. Thus, spontaneous
"foreign" thoughts visiting people may be the accidental
reception of such "archived" messages.
3. Mechanism: Psychons, Solitons, and the "Third Eye"
The mechanism of telepathic contact remains hypothetical.
According to one model, thoughts generate ultra-light
particles called psychons (a term introduced by Academician
Yu. B. Kozyrev). These form energy clusters (solitons
or thought-forms). Emission occurs through the frontal lobes
of the brain - the so-called sixth chakra, Ajna, or "third
eye." Thought-forms, possessing negligible energy, are lost
in informational noise but can be isolated by the brains
of close individuals or highly sensitive persons. Techniques
for restoring telepathic abilities, independently developed
by Tibetan monks, Indian yogis, and Mexican Indians, are
similar and based on the principle - from simple to complex.
An example from a Soviet experiment:
The first exercise is contact-based. Partners isolate
themselves, synchronize breathing and posture. The receiver
visualizes a beam from the "third eye" of the transmitter.
The transmitter creates a mental image of a simple geometric
shape. The receiver, clearing their mind, attempts to see
it on the inner screen. Then, the practice progresses to more
complex images and thoughts.
The second exercise is remote. Sessions are conducted strictly
on schedule. The receiver vividly visualizes the partner
(appearance, environment), then attempts contact following
the scheme of the first exercise.
The third exercise is voluntary contact. This is the highest
level, requiring the consent of the subject. The receiver
creates a mental image of the person and tries to embody and
feel as if they are that person. An important warning: abuse
or malicious use can lead to severe consequences.
Disconnection is performed by a mental command - "Stop!"
4. Physiological Location of the "Third Eye"
The pineal gland (the "third eye") is a vestigial organ
containing light-sensitive cells, which suggests its
connection to our "inner vision." In science, it is
considered the organ of clairvoyance, telepathy, and
perception of subtle worlds. Soviet scientists were
particularly interested in its biochemical function - the
production of melatonin, regulating sleep-wake cycles, and,
according to declassified data, a substance with the code
name "Psy Neurotransmitter," which influences perceptual
expansion. The mechanism (according to researchers'
hypotheses) is as follows: under certain conditions - deep
meditation, exposure to resonant frequencies (sound
or electromagnetic), or special breathing techniques - the
pineal gland activates and begins producing the "Psy"
substance. This, in turn, "opens the gateways" of
perception, allowing the operator to receive information
not through ordinary senses but directly via the universe's
torsion field (the Akashic Records). Physically, this could
manifest as visions, out-of-body sensations, or precognition.
Critics, however, attributed these phenomena to hypoxia and
hallucinations. Nonetheless, serious scientific organizations
in the USSR studied the "third eye," unlike Western
counterparts. Here, I present a list of prominent researchers
involved in this field: the Institute of Brain of the USSR
Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow), with Academician Natalia
Petrovna Bekhtereva, who studied not just brain morphology
but neurophysiology of creativity, intuition, and non-standard
states of consciousness; the Military Medical Academy named
after S.M. Kirov (Leningrad) and related closed research
institutes, led in the 1970s-80s by Colonel A. Savin, who
later headed the Department of Advanced Research of the USSR
General Staff; the Bogomoletz Institute of Physiology of the
Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (Kyiv), where Valery Lebedev
studied the influence of weak low-frequency magnetic fields
on neuroendocrine systems, especially the pineal gland; Vasily
Nalimov with his theory of probabilistic semantics; and
psychiatrist Yakov Iosifovich Vinnik, who published work
on "Problems of psychonetics." Thus, Soviet science made
invaluable contributions to the study of telepathy and
scientifically established the location of the "third eye"
in the brain, turning this phenomenon into a proven fact.
5. Method of Field Information Reception
The brain, besides sensory organs, perceives torsion signals
from the global informational field. Normally, this
information is blocked due to the enormous energy required
for processing. The "silencer" is the serotonin "noise"
in neurons. At night, when the load on visual centers
decreases, the noise diminishes, and excess energy appears.
This opens a channel for receiving and processing data from
the field, resulting in prophetic dreams. Everyone has them,
but most forget. To fix prophetic dreams (according to Eva
Hellstrom), there is a technique: before sleep, set
an intention to remember. Upon waking, do not move for 1-2
minutes; try to recall the dream. Then, all details are
recorded on paper. During analysis, "impressions" from the
passing day are separated, unfamiliar persons (a common sign
of prophetic dreams) are identified, hidden clues for
actions are sought, and publicly confirmed events are
tracked in media. To enhance memory, it is recommended
to shift the awakening time.
6. Energy Exchange as the Foundation of Life
The book "Telepathy and Energy Exchange" (1995) offers
a radical physical interpretation of the phenomenon.
It is based on the idea that life is an exchange of energy
(prana), not just matter. Prana encompasses all forms
of energy necessary for the organism (ionized atoms, solar
radiation). Conductive pathways are represented by the
Kenrak system, similar to waveguides, discovered by Korean
scientists in 1962. Its endpoints correspond to acupuncture
"healing points." The solar plexus acts as a prana accumulator.
Accumulation requires rhythmic breathing and conscious control.
Distribution of prana can be governed by will through mental
images (ideomotor reflex). This underpins conscious healing,
appearance modification, and the creation of protective auras.
The organism is part of the energetic continuum of the
biosphere, inextricably linked to the planetary field.
7. Hypothesis of the Common Biophysical Magnetic Field
To explain how an extremely weak mental signal can traverse
vast distances, an intriguing hypothesis exists. It suggests
viewing our planet not as a collection of individual beings
but as a single living network. According to this idea, each
organism - from humans to trees or microbes - acts as a tiny
retransmission station. When a mental image or "telepathem"
arises, it does not dissipate into emptiness. The nearest
form of life detects this impulse and involuntarily
re-radiates it further, slightly amplified. This process
repeats repeatedly, involving more and more links of the
biosphere chain. Consequently, an initially weak signal,
captured and repeatedly amplified by planetary life, gains
strength like an echo, eventually reaching the recipient
with sufficient power to be perceived. This global network
is essentially a colossal living repository of information,
recording everything that occurs. From this common "archive"
of Earth (the Akashic Records), as hypothesized by the
sciencists, data for phenomena like past vision or inheritance
of traits without direct contact can be drawn. The signal thus
amplifies exponentially. The formula: M = R^n * S^k (where
M - reception power, R - distance, S - biosphere density).
This field serves as an informational repository, explaining
phenomena like retrocognition (seeing the past) and telogeny
(transmission of hereditary traits without physical contact).
8. Clairvoyance, Telekinesis, Levitation
Clairvoyance is interpreted as reading information "encoded"
in the atomic spin structure of objects. It requires powerful
energy "pumping" of the object with prana and merging with
it. Telekinesis and levitation are theoretically possible
through conscious use of the energy of the common field and
transformation of information into force. The hypothesis
of the physical vacuum and control over gravitational
interactions at the subatomic level are considered potential
keys to these phenomena. It is crucial to understand that
practicing telepathy is not entertainment but a dangerous
path of self-sacrifice. Unprepared interference with the
universe's energy exchange threatens mental disorders,
physical exhaustion, and irreversible harm to both the
operator and the object. Perfect health, unwavering willpower,
purity of thoughts, and awareness of a higher purpose service
rather than self-assertion - are required. Knowledge of energy
exchange laws is knowledge of an ancient code, perhaps not
of human origin, which demands responsibility akin to that
of gods, whom our ancestors may have mistaken for deities.
9. Conclusion
The facts and experiments presented form a shocking chain.
We are not discovering telepathy - we are remembering
it. Its roots go back to prehistoric times when humans
communicated differently. Its mechanisms are tied to cosmic
rhythms and planetary fields. Its highest manifestations
border on controlling matter itself. Too complex, too
systemic for a random mutation. It resembles a trace
of technology, an innate interface embedded in our biology
- an interface for connecting with something greater than
ourselves. With the universal informational bank of Earth?
Or with those who created this bank? The question remains
open. But the fact that each of us carries within a dormant
transmitter - the "third eye" - is the main revelation,
dismissed by official science. We are heirs of a civilization
that could communicate without words, see through space and
time. And this knowledge archive is encoded in our genetic
code. The only thing left is to find the key to fully activate
it.
