Mikita Supra: The New MK Ultra

"Artichoke," "MK ULTRA," "Mikita Supra..." These are all names given to the Western push to master mind control techniques for the purpose of
intelligence and war making. All of these projects are Evil, however some people in the Canadian government believe it to be an unwanted necessity so that they acquire the technology ahead of or on par with bad actor foreign states.

This all began back many decades ago when US servicemen came home from Manchuria, China all convinced that Communism was good and the way to go. They were all dead set at promoting the Chinese narrative. The American IC was convinced that there must have been some sort of brain washing and they were determined to master the techniques as well. Because they knew that if their programs in experimental mind control, if revealed to the American population, would have very bad political repercussions, they did their experiments out of Canada. They figured that if their activities were revealed to be done on foreign soil, being Canada, that there wouldn't be as bad a blow-back. Unfortunately, they were correct. The whole thing was exposed and the Canadian government paid many thousands of dollars in compensation. If the right thing was done each victim should have received millions of dollars in compensation, but no, they were given some spare change and told to shut up. In exchange for not being allowed to speak out against the crimes against humanity they were given some "hush" money and the whole thing was swept under the rug.

So what was their conclusion? Mind control is a real thing. However, it is absolutely immoral and should be considered illegal in all contexts. In continuation of the Canadian government being a bad actor in this in the 80's it has been rumored that young children of school grade one or so were experimented on to see how they would respond in contexts of kids being drugged and told to do some sort of violent act, whether the mind control was stronger or whether their self-preservation would be stronger. It should be noted that this was a black operation, and was not an official act by Canada. There are often rogue elements of governments that try out these sorts of experiments because they think that it would benefit their nation in question, and the ends justify the means.

Rather than just saying that Canada has done these things I'll provide the reader with some hard facts that direct those reading this to points to research these claims so that you can be sure of these things for certain and that this is not just hearsay. The Canadian doctor that performed his "de-patterning" was named Dr. Cameron and had a practice inside a mental institution and had no morals. He would get people who came into the hospital and physically abused them very often with electro-shock "therapy" that would "de-pattern" or otherwise reduce a person to a child-like state in which their minds would be in a blank slate that could be re-patterned to any kind of form that the psychiatrist wanted. The agencies involved were the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police). That the CIA was involved is without argument, however it is less clear how the RCMP was involved. Because CSIS The (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) was probably not even in existence at the time they would have no part in this. It was these kinds of things that led the RCMP Security Service to be disbanded and to be reformed as CSIS (a civilian intelligence service). CSIS is supposed to have many more safe-guards than the RCMP Security Service had, based in a sister organization called the "Security Intelligence Review Committee" (SIRC). Granted SIRC answers to CSIS, making the SIRC rather being on a leash, but it is a good start and better than nothing.
