canada's role in mind control studies

There is a true story of a young boy in early elementary school who met someone on his way to school. This person gave the kid a drink of some unknown substance and guided the kid to "program" him to bring a weapon into school. The substance was able to lead the child to bring the weapon school but he tossed it (in its backpack) over the side railing upon reaching school property. The will to survive and not get in trouble overcame the drug "therapy."
There is another story of a child who, under mind control, pushed someone else in front of a car, resulting in his death.
The idea is to have children commit crimes of significance, use a short term memory blocker, and carry on as if nothing had happened to the mind control victim. This may be hard to believe, however, I have confirmed the story, and it does appear to be real. Just because it happened in Canada doesn't totally have the guilt on us Canadians, as it may have been someone from a foreign nation doing their testing on Canadian soil. It makes temporary zombies out of people and the less developed the brains of the target the more successful is the thought alteration.
