I've read reports of CBP agents in Cypress Park, LA, spotted wearing Meta Ray-Ban "smart" glasses. Meta doesn't have a procurement contract with the government, so this is either under the radar or agent's personal devices.

This is bad on so many levels. Where's the data going, how's it being used, is it being preserved somewhere, will CBP respond to a FOIA request for data?
