    I can't seem to get over how amazing www.pimsleurmethod.com is for language learning. They provide MP3s for you to listen to at your own pace. Seriously, check this thing out, you won't be disappointed, I sure know I haven't been disappointed.

    Have you checked out Michael Thomas? He's got a great number of audio books we've listened to.

    Actually, yes, I have bought the German 'Michael Thomas" course on compact disc. I found that it was fun but a lot less content than The Pimsleur Method. I think that there were about eight discs, while Pimsleur had the equivalent of over fifty discs, plus Pimsleur had the language learning content already in MP3 form, while the Michael Thomas training sessions needed converting into MP3.
