The use of bio-lumanicent paints have the potential to be used to mark a building in the day time with a clear paint and have that paint glow at night so that the tagged building can be taken out with weaponry at night. The light radiation of the taggant is stored up during the day and released at night. This is something like glow bugs except using a more primitive organism to paint the building or target with the micro-organisms. The targeting can be further refined by selecting the specific wavelength of the light being given off to guide the attack to the target with percision. It would light the night up with a glow that is specific to the biological paint organism. With the right measurement tools they can easily detect a painted building. As its a biological paint and the organisms receiving no nurishment to stay alive the paint will eventually, rather quickly even, die off, erasing the signature that there was ever a painting done at all.
