PHATstar will be building our own WHQ BBS and we are looking for talented artists to do up a theme for the BBS. I am looking for two ANSI files, the first one being a font set for the theme and the second one a green background onto which the fonts will be pasted. Finally, the third ANSI would be a prelogon ANSI that would be displayed during logon. We're willing to pay $50 USD for a font set, $15 for the menu header that will go behind the font text, and $25 for the logon ANSI.
We know exactly what we're looking for in terms of the logon ansi: it can be found here:

The logon ANSI would be 25x80 characters
The menu header would be 9 or 10 lines x80 characters
The font screen would be as many as is needed to render A-Z in full-caps (capital characters), this will be a simple job in that there are no numbers or small-caps to be included
