• Historical encounter information

From Joker@700:100/33 to All on Wed Jun 28 06:48:52 2023
So the 'Dead Internet Theory' has proven itself to be true once again. I'm trying to find the text of an alleged extra-terrestrial encounter from
sometime during the late 80s through to possibly the early 2000s. It involved the receipt of a message warning about other alien species' with a particular mention of caution regarding those from a particular stellar system. Of
course, the internet these days has been completely taken over by corporate interests and as such I find it very difficult to find any website that
offers a compilation of historical encounters - everything points to
endlessly repeated news sites peddling the same recycled stories ad nauseum.

Does anyone know of any websites (or even gopher links) that compile reports
of encounters, regardless of how fantastical they seem to be? I've tried reddit, but that place is an absolute mess. Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Thanks warmfuzzy, I'll check them out. I did manage to find the story I was looking for, it was a report of an encounter in Georgia from a military guy known only as 'CJ' who had an encounter and then hours later had an
experience where he wrote down a binary message (similar to the Rendelsham Forest encounter) giving what seemed to be coordinates, a warning of limited time and a warning of avoiding messages sent from Orion and Zeta Reticuli.

Not sure how much stock to put in it, but its good that we still have some people collating and cataloging niche information like this in a way that is easy to absorb. Just a shame that the big tech overlords do their level best
to bury it within pages of corporate sponsorship. The pages I found this info on was cropcircleconnector.com and theufochronicles.com

Hopefully these sites, as well as Above Top Secret can be of help to others
too with all this interest in UFOs/UAPs lately. I also notice that the media seem to be deliberately ignoring the sightings/encounters of the late
90s/early 2000s. Very thankful the BBS scene is still alive. May it never die!

The Rendlesham Forest thing was proven to be the lighthouse in the distance tho, funny as I literally just watched an episode about exactly this from the History channel yesterday with my daughter.
