  • New BBS - Re-Imagining my BBS from 1991

    Hey All,
    In the Early 90's, I launched a 12-line BBS using "STS" (Synergy Teleconferencing System named SynerChat. After a few years I moved to G-Talk and a few years after that I had a custom chat module written to Emulate D-Dial/STS/GTalk for Major BBS.
    Over the last week I have used Grok Build to re-imagine a modern version of the Gtalk-Era BBS. You can hit it via the web or via telnet at SynerChat.com
    It is linked into the D-Dial RetroBBS network thru Magviz.CA (which was named after the D-Dial system in Canada I eventually transferred my STS Software/Hardware to). Because its linked into this network, there's almost always someone online to chat with!
