  • Ever find anything interesting war dialing in the 80s or 90s?

    I hope this is ok to post, as it's not exactly BBS related, but definitely what I'd consider BBS-adjacent. As a 12-year-old kid, I used C64/C128 software to call entire ranges of numbers while I was at school. I'd get home and check the results. Most interesting thing I found were two numbers that belonged to the city. That said, I couldn't get very far upon connecting.
