Uptime Monitor is a real-time website and service monitoring tool that runs inside your own network. Unlike the free version of UptimeRobot, which cannot check intervals shorter than 5 minutes, Uptime Monitor detects downtime in as little as 60 seconds and sends instant alerts via email or SMS. It supports monitoring of websites, BBS ports (Telnet, SSH, etc.), and mail servers. Configuration is handled through a simple JSON file, and the tool includes a secure web interface with SSL support. It runs on both Windows and Linux and requires Python 3.6 or higher.
