Synchronet bolsters rlogin functionality and security

A number of updates have been added to Sync's rlogin.js module, most notably adding the option for hashed passwords using the -h or -H commands. This update will help secure the sharing of credentials when connecting via rlogin from one bbs to a game server hosted on another BBS.
