A modern 32-bit native port of the HS/Link bidirectional file-transfer protocol - Samuel H. Smith's early 1990s BBS protocol that did simultaneous two-way transfer with in-band chat over a single connection. The goal: make HS/Link useful again to sysops running modern (telnet/TCP) BBS systems, by porting it from 16-bit DOS / FOSSIL to a modern program that connects over TCP - while preserving the wire format exactly, so it interoperates with existing HS/Link installations.
