    That's a good win, considering all the other battles they may still lose..

    But now they have the US Government behind them. Most, if not all, of those battles will probably go away.

    I'm still pissed at them for locking my account for six copyright violations, out of hundreds of items I uploaded. They didn't even give a chance to take them down or explain why they were there. Nor will they answer any of my emails or "official" requests for restoring my account.
