I have seen people healed at my church from time to time. I believe it is part faith and part mental disposition. I do think there is something to it.

Do you mean like the person being healed really believes they are being healed? It would almost be like they are healing themselves somehow?

Yes, something like that. I think some people can worry about something and make themselves sick and on the flip side if they believe in something positively enough they can make themselves feel better and actuall heal a disease they have.
