Experience description:
During a 15-day intensive therapy process to eliminate my stuttering, I spent 1 week without speaking and isolated so as to start enunciation and breathing exercises.
I started with meditation, relaxation and visualization and in a state of deep meditation, in my external and internal silence, I managed to "remember" if that is the word, two things that occurred during the very moment I was born:
- First, "I remembered" the feeling I had when I came out of my mother's
womb, a feeling of intense cold, very cold.
- Second, I managed to "remember" what I "thought," if those are the
right words - I don't know - the following: "Again?" I will again have to
start again an entire experience of growing, working, suffering, living and dying; at that moment during which I was, I considered it as something bad and negative, I remember that I did not like it ... but now in adulthood, I greatly appreciate having the opportunity to live, experience and help other people.
I also have other NDE experiences of my mother, now deceased, I will try to fill out another form if possible.
