I think I might have met a being like this when dealing with the death of my mother. A random person in a waiting room that gave me some of the best advice about dealing with death and its separation from my mother. She told me that grieving was natural but also selfish. She asked me if I thought my mother would want to see me 'bawling' the way I was. I thought about it and I already knew that no she wouldn't. Then she said look in the mirror sometime and you will see a piece of her looking right back at you. Know that she did the same when her mother past, and so on. It is part of life. I went to the bathroom to wash my face and when I come back she was gone. No one there seemed to know who she was or even to have seen her. I think she was a light worker.
