Sorry I didn't see the original. ;) It is Debian. I have installed it, or derivatives (Devuan, Raspbian) on most all of my machines.
I dislike systemd with a passion so I use Devuan. If Free catches up on a few
things desktop-wise, I'd love for it to be my daily driver.

The system or two I use devuan on is because of systemd. They are older/low-powered and, for whatever reason, a non-systemd variant
behaves much better on them.

I use Devuan Daedalus on the system that I test MBSE BBS on to make
sure it plays nicely with Debian derived distributions. Figuring out
how to use systemd is REALLY low on my priority list at the momemt.

I still have mine on Slack. The only reason I don't use Slack on my personal box is because of Slack's exceptionally slow development.
It's why Wordle no longer works on Slack because the doorgame needs
thre latest glibc.
You could use Slackware-current ...
