Today, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), in part= nership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Security A= gency (NSA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Energy (D= OE), United States Cyber Command =E2=80=93 Cyber National Mission Force (CN= MF), and Department of the Treasury (Treasury) released an updated joint Cy= bersecurity Advisory "Iranian-Affiliated Cyber Actors Exploit Programmable = Logic Controllers Across US Critical Infrastructure" [ https://go.dhs.gov/i=

This update re-emphasizes the ongoing threat from Iranian-affiliated advanc=
ed persistent threat (APT) actors targeting internet-connected operational = technology (OT) devices, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) ma= nufactured by Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Siemen=
s, and potentially other brands/manufacturers. These attacks have resulted =
in operational disruptions and financial losses across multiple U.S. critic=
al infrastructure sectors, including Government Services and Facilities, Wa= ter and Wastewater Systems, and Energy.
