CISA and the Federal Bureau of Investigation today released a Public Servic=
e Announcement [ https://www.cisa.gov/resources-tools/resources/russian-int= elligence-services-target-commercial-messaging-application-accounts ] warni=
ng the public about ongoing phishing campaigns by cyber actors associated w= ith the Russian Intelligence Services targeting commercial messaging applic= ations (CMAs). Targeted individuals include current and former U.S. governm= ent officials, military personnel, political figures, and journalists.

CISA and the FBI urge CMA users to employ necessary cyber hygiene practices=
