I have a friend or two that are trying to get me to start colab'ing on BandHub.com. I was wondering if anyone here was familiar with it?
If so, what do you use to go from guitar to computer? I have an irig2,
but it's not compatible with Windows - so was wondering if I could from from guitar -> irig -> ipad -> windows and if that would work.

Can you just record into your iPad and then export?

Well, it's not taht easy - it requires a webcam as well, so you get the video from there and the audio is the line-in. It's actually very cool once everything is working... You can basically build up a song with however-many people from around the world and it works really well; I recommend it.
I got it working today, but only had a chance to play around with it
for a little bit. Here's what I bought and how I set it up.
