There is another BBS centric chat network called ddial. You can read more about it at http://ddial.com

The Land of The Lost is a telnet based client to connect to ddial that
uses ANSI graphics and colors.

You can access this feature my selecting C(hat) from the main menu (default shell), and then selecting L(and of the Lost).

StackFault is working to add ddial via a room in MRC chat, but this doesn't currently work with the Synchronet MRC client.
