• Kegels

I just started doing Kegels 3x per day. I have some bladder control issues and this is
supposed to help. It also seems to help in the sex department as well <g>

I searched Google and got this response:

"Kegel exercises for men involve contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles to
strengthen them, which can help with bladder control, erectile function, and sexual
pleasure. To perform Kegels, first identify the correct muscles by pretending to stop the
flow of urine, then squeeze and hold for 3-5 seconds, relax for the same amount of time,
and repeat this 10-20 times per session, with 3 sessions per day."

Give it a try. Can't hurt.

Thanks, I do those on occasion, but not as regularly as I probably should!

I was thinking the same thing today. Maybe we can make that a New Year's resolution
