I thought that I had started a discussion about this in the past, but I couldn't find it. So
here it goes..
I saw an interview on TV months ago about how to get back to sleep after getting up to
use the bathroom. It involved closing your eyes, and rotating them back and forth
constantly until you fall asleep. I'm not sure what the reason is, but it really was
effective for me.
The reason why I mention this here is that I noticed early on that for some reason the
eye rotation had a very welcome side effect. It would get me sexually excited! I can't
explain it, but it would happen every time.
Now it is a regular part of my sleeping ritual.
So, I am going to give everyone a New Years resolution to consider: Kegels and eye
rotations at bedtime. Let me know if you you get the same results. You're welcome
