Waking up early in the morning. - If you make it a habit to wake up early in the morning
(in between 5-6am) you'll see how disciplined your life will become. You will have a lot of
time in your hands and your days will seem long. Waking up early will force you to sleep
early and that will in turn solve a few of your health problems. You will feel less tired and
more fresh and enthusiastic. You'll soon find, true is the saying : early to bed and early
to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Doing some form of physical activity in a day.- You must do some form of physical
activity in a day. Be it a little exercise, a brisk morning walk or an evening jog. You can
do yoga, go for a swim or play some sport. You must make it a habit to exercise
everyday, you'll be amazed to see how beneficial it is in the long run.
Drink lots of water.- This is so basic that it's most often taken for granted. You must
make it a habit to drink at least 2 liters of water and young adults must drink 2.5 3litres
of water everyday. It will keep you hydrated, improve your skin, hair and will keep
health problems at a distance. Whoever said the cure to all problems is to drink lots of
water is absolutely right.
Brush your teeth twice a day.- Dental health care is most important, something that
you'll realize later in life when it's too late. Take care of your teeth NOW, brush your
teeth twice a day.
Talk to your parents everyday.- While the above four were for physical health and well
being, this habit is for your mental well being. However busy you are, make it a habit to
talk to your parents everyday even it's for just two minutes. You are all they have and
honestly, they are all you have too.
