    diet to be good and for you to be physically sound. And your
    humor to be admirable. That helps keep us sane and happy.

    On the humor, if I didn't inject it, I'd be crying all the time.
    Many folks can't laugh at their bloopers or themselves...but, I can.

    On the MD, at least you're not like Doctor Quackenbush (aka Groucho
    Marx) who, in checking a patient's pulse, he noted "Either this man
