Lately, I have been hunched over like the man working the belltower at Notre Dame.
I consulted with a friend that just had a back ablation to see who his physician was.
Because I live in a 55+ community, it's hard to get an appointment. I have to wait a
couple of months to see him.
As if my back issues weren't enough, my COPD exacerbates the problem, making it even
harder to breathe and the back pain even worse when I walk.
I guess that's why I spend a lot of time on the computer. No walking involved.
