    The vinegar itself is not some miracle potion that it going to stop your blood sugar
    rising, the catch with vinegar is it does not spike blood sugar no, eating or drinking
    products high in carbs and sugars will though.

    To reduce blood sugar levels is actually quite simple you stop eating / drinking
    substances high in sugars and carbs this will help your body start to reduce its
    blood sugar levels, say for example you eat and drank a lot of carbs at breakfast time however for the rest of the day you touched no more carbs
    your body blood sugar level would first start to go up then peak, then
    would gradually come back down so by around 12 pm it should have gone
    from a high of about 7 mmol/L down to about 6, and will gradually lower
    down further if you don˙t consume any substances with sugar or carbs.

    To somewhere between 4,8 - 5.8 mmol/L.

    By the following morning it should be closer to around 4.8 mmol/L.
