    Yes and no. Hard boiled eggs are slightly lower in fat than scrambled, but this is by only
    a small amount. There isn't really much in it.

    Eggs are extremely nutritious and healthy foods as long as you don't eat excessive
    amounts.

    There is no longer an upper limit on egg intake for healthy adults in the UK.

    Also, for those who eat 1-6 eggs a week, there is a reduction in death from all forms of
    illness. Therefore, eating 1ÿ2 eggs daily is considered a good guide.

    If the eggs are being fried every time, then the over all fat content of the person's diet
    may start to become a concern and need looking at.
