• Nootropics...

    Thought I'd crosspost...

I'm testing Nootropics on my mental state. I've got some legal mushroom supplements, with 1g (10g raw 10:1) of 167mg of: Cordyceps, Lion' Mane, Reishi, Maitake, Chaga and Coriolus. It's for a schizophrenic with severe
ADD. I was suggest to tak 1/4 dosage for 3 days, 1/2 dosage for 3 days, then the full dosage. They come in 8 gummies a daily dosage, so I'm taking 2 a
day for now. I didn't expect to notice a difference yet, and it may simply
be a placebo effect, but I noticed increased mental energy. I'm not sure
about focus yet, but I am more interested in actually doing things more than just doing nothing.

That's why I wanted to start the Health network. May we can all learn something.

I had never heard the term 'Nootropics' so I looked it up on Google. Their response:

Scientific evidence backing the benefits of many over-the-counter nootropic supplements
in healthy adults is limited. While prescription nootropics effectively improve focus in
those with diagnosed attention disorders, taking them without a prescription or misusing
them can lead to cardiovascular issues, sleep disruption, anxiety, and dependency.

Please give us a follow-up post to see how they are working for you.
