It sounds like an early Christmas gift! All of my computers as refurbished and the price
    is definitely right.

I love my DELLs because they have iDRACs installed and I can remotely access the server board to power on/off during a storm. The HP uses ILO2 and you have to pay to use the main features, but it does allow power on/off otherwise.

That must be a new feature. Years ago I owned a Dell server and I'm pretty sure it
    didn't have that feature.

I use Chrome Remote Desktop for all of my computers. I can control all 3 from any of
my computers, including rebooting, but I wouldn't have any way to turn it back on if it
shuts down for some reason. I found out that I can travel with my laptop and still have
access to my home computers, I'm a happy dude!

They existed, but do not come with the servers. They are extra hardware. The County IT I worked for at the time allowed me to take them instead of shredding because we cleared all information from them beforehand.

CRD is the ONLY way I can access from my current place of employment - they block all other Remote Desktop softwares :(
