You can also try using the command line, instead of an actual telnet client. This may show a little more than a blank screen.
Yes. If you use telnet or nc (netcat) on your BINKP port (24554 default) you should receive a banner like the one below. If you recently turned
it on in Mystic you may need to restart MIS, especially if running Windows.
