  • 2 new Luascripts for Talisman

    Hey all, I've uploaded a couple new scripts to Space Junk, just some
    Tally mods I revisited recently for my BBS (linux):

    1. updatenl.zip
    It's a shell script that uses Talisman's 'hooks' to trigger a nodelist
    update automatically when it's received and posted as a tic file.

    2. last10.zip
    Exclude sysop logins from a "Last 10 callers" type display. Apam never got around to putting that flag into the talisman config to hide sysop
    logins -- that would be cleaner than this, which basically recreates the
    Last 10 Callers functionality -- but given I login a lot, i didn't want
    that list to look so full! The zip file Includes write & display
    luascripts using JSON. Requires luarocks, the lua package manager, to be installed as it uses CJSON package.

    Here, Talisman stock does not show my sysop logins. I don't remember
    what it was offhand, but Apam did include something for that.

    I'm sure I've asked you this before, but - is there a file area on Space Junk to grab ALL your Talisman mods? I'd like to make sure I have a File Area hosting them @ 2oFB...

    Yep! In Local Transfers there's a Talisman Mods area. I haven't done any thorough testing on Xfers on the new BBS, but let me know if you have any problems downloading?

    Going to packup a couple more mods this week (Custom Bulletins, GoldMine
    Top 10).
